Very Understanding People

I was in a bad situation, I was lied to by a mortgage lender in the process
of moving down to Atlanta. Arrived in Atl. and no mortgage, no home and a
very upset wife. A friend gave me Robin's name and number and it was the
best thing I ever did, he was understanding and got me the "BEST POSSIBLE
MORTGAGE" They just got my stepson a mortgage also...you will never find

Fast, No Hassle, Did what they said

I have a unique situation, which they totally understood. I needed to get
cash out of a refinance, fast. Plus, I needed a 97% loan. I have good income
but it is non-traditional. So it was a tough situation for them to deal
with. Robin told me "no problem." When the bank started hassling me about
how much cash I wanted out, Robin went up their chain of command and
straightened them out. Bottom line: I got what I needed, when I was told I
could have it, at the terms quoted. Not a single curve ball. I have done 3
